vector object

any entity that can be precisely defined in either abstract or physical terms that can change in some aspect of its essential definition over any particular dimension, usually time. The changes that occur on a vector object can be defined as linear projections along one or more of the independent variables that are the essential components of the object’s definition. The interaction between vector objects and abstract surfaces forms the core of all interactions described by reflection theory.
